Followed by the announcement from the Taiwanese manufacturer about its flagship smartphone Zenfone 7 launch event on August 26, some details about the smartphone has leaked online by a well known tipster Roland Quandt on Twitter.

The upcoming ZenFone series is expected to have 2 models based on their YouTube live stream banner mentioned “Zenfone 7 series”. The ZenFone 7 base model is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 865 and ZenFone 7 Pro with an over clocked Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC with 5G support.
Another leak from Reameizu.com reveals that the smartphone will carry a Full HD+ LCD panel with a resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels in 6.4 inch display in 60Hz refresh rate.

As per the leaks from the Taiwanese NCC certification website, The ZenFone 7 series will pack a 5000mAh battery and a 30W fast charger. The certification also reveals that the model (ASUS_1002D) will feature a 512GB internal storage and expected to have a MicroSD support for storage expansion.
It is also expected to retain its interesting flip camera setup from the predecessor ZenFone 6, but with more sensors included.

As per Mr. Quandt, the ZenFone 7 variant with Snapdragon 865 and 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant will carry a price tag of €549/$655 and 6GB/128GB will cost €499/$595.
