ASUS already provides a comprehensive warranty throughout 80 countries across the globe, offering free collection arrangement for the units. While the basics serve customers need, the additional free accidental warranty covers more, such as liquid spills, electrical surges and drops. Thus the users can have peace of mind on such unexpected incidents.
The customers of both ASUS and ROG notebooks will be covered under the perfect warranty. Not only from the current 2 Year International Warranty but also a comprehensive 2 Year Perfect Warranty, customers can claim their coverage by the devices they purchased from January 1, 2021 at asusme.com/2year.
To claim the warranty upgrade, the customers need to register on the website within 90 days of purchase and the confirmation will be issued within a week. Asus is also offering free collection and delivery based on the user’s preferred location or through more than 50 drop-off or collection points across the UAE.
